My info is 4yrs old so things may have changed but back then Shaw would only deal and ship in the US.
There are a few dealer/sponsers/gunsmith on the forum that sell barrels but I don't imagine they have Shaw, rather Shilen Kreiger Brighton, etc.

Since 1/2 the cost of a barrel job is labor, I wouldn't use Shaw barrels. I put a few of these on hunting rifles some years ago. They worked, but the interior finish was pretty rough. I switched to Douglas at that time. Shaw was about $80 for a blank and Douglas about $115. There are better barrels readily avail. in Canada, even some made here.Mark
