EAL markings question

On the civilian model of the EAL rifle, is the bolt serial numbered to the rifle or is it scrubbed clean/milled off?

There was no serial number on the bolt of the one I used to own. One of the few guns I regret having sold.

Mines a gem, no bolt number, shoots like a dream, nice having an enfield with a recoil pad!

they are NOT scrubbed, they were new never numbered bolts.

That’s great to know as well, thanks. Separate some con artist trying to sell the rifle with no serial numbered bolt that has been scrubbed as opposed to a never stamped one. Good information
