Early season with bow and bp

last year in alberta the season started early for bow and black powder, is this done in most provinces?

Yes it is usually done that way.

The early BP must be in the middle or Northern locations. We lost the BP season in the South, lot of BP inlines got sold away into SW sask was the rumor.
