U.S. East Coast Earthquake Gun Report, had a few Enfield cardiac arrest problems but Enfields are now stable. Asking for Canadian medical aid for my Enfields in the form of No.3 bolt head transplant donors. Two Enfields on life support and both may need a brand new bolt bypass surgery and bolt head transplants.

Please send your help, I'm now a unemployed World Wildlife Fund pilot who was laid off work after a slight on the job accident, and now I have no Enfield medical insurance coverage.

OP- #3 and 4 heads are becomming rare up here too. They show up at gun shows sometimes, but realistically, someone needs to tool up and make some.
Not me- I make a mean chilli, and have been known to make the wife happy ;), but metal work is not my bag.

Finally the Molson drinkers with a since of humor started posting. If any of you haven't watched the News tonight a 5.8 earthquake was centered in Northern Virginia a little less than 200 miles from where I live and the ground was shaking here also.

I thought I would get some sympathy from the heavy Molson drinkers and they would be mailing Care packages to me with Enfield aid.

I hope all of you have a power failure and all your beer gets to room temperature.

I have to go now they are showing the Canadian TV Program Holmes on Homes and I will learn how to "rip it out" and fix my earth quake damage.

FishDoc, I did have a headspace problem on my first beer but after that I just remembered to pour slower. ;)

The best beer in North America. (I called and the brewery and production wasn't effected by the earthquake) :D

Yes, it tastes good, but you have to drink 3 to match the kick of one Canadian beer.:p

Have you read the endless posts regarding american brass being out of Saami specs, and causing symptoms that look like headspace issues? Particularily Winchester brass(thinner cases at the base) , in my experience. Try Prvi Partisan brass, and use the o-ring fireforming method.

Ed, did you run out of medication again?
Take two blue pills and proof test in the morning!

I think it was the pills at the heart of the problem....Ed...next time..don't take the blue ones unless there is an athletic woman around with at least a weekend to spare. Poor giraffe....Ed you are one sick Yank....Giraffes Really! Any lonely Canuck with a horn on would use a beaver....there are more of them....and by beaver...ahem...i mean the ones with the large flat tails that are obsessed with dam building:D

Ed, have you tried TSINGTAO Beer?

Made in an Imperial German brewery in China, up at the old coaling station. IIRC, SMS EMDEN coaled there on her fnal voyge.

Same recipe, too. Not bad.

Best New World beer I have come acoss is some black stuff they brew in Mexico: Dos Equis Negro: Double Cross Black. It is quite yummy enough that you can drink it room temperature (in most places: I think John Sukey might have trouble with it where he is!!).
.

I like beer and guns in no particuler order.

Guns are good
and
Beers are good
Fvck Yeah..............

Had a Yeungling for the first time in Pittsburgh a couple weeks ago ,23 ounces for $2.30 at a small pub made from an old house near the airport,we have layovers there occasionally, still prefer the sam adams octoberfest red,,,or Woodford reserve.Try an olands Export if you ever get to eastern Canada!

That`s DOMINION if you are in Newfoundland, of course. They still haven`t forgotten.

Personally, I preferred BLUE STAR, being only a Newfie by adoption.

So there are exactly THREE beers I can drink.... and none of them are available here.

Good reason not to drink, I would think.

1. Who do you think wrote all those endless post about our American made brass.
2. 5440fight your drinking problem has killed so many brain cells you can't remember that bigedp51 made all those headspace postings.
3. A Canadian taught me the o-ring trick and you people were too drunk to remember it. :slap:

4. And good ol' smellie sent me a PM and was kind enough to offer me a No.3 bolt head, my reply is below.

smellie

Thank you for the offer but I have a few No.3 Bolt heads, the whole posting was a joke. I just want to see if any of the heavy Molsen drinkers would make offers.
So smellie how long have you had the drinking problem.
:D

But all joking aside smellie "IS" a very kind humanitarian and I must give him a special thanks for his kind offer.
(NAFTA and begging does work) :D

re: the east coast earthquake, time to man up, guys - my dogs (Chi Hua Huas) sleep through little shakers like that - although since DC was built on a swamp, and with Liquefaction being what it is, those residing in DC can be sh*t scared if it makes them feel better. (not you Ed, Penn. won't turn to goo).

Oh I remember bigedp51 made the headspace posts, I was checking if bigedp51 did, or if the plane/giraffe incident was so traumatic that he went blank after it, and several cases of beverages to soften the horror. We have to bring up the Yankee brass, because you folks keep saying uncharitable things about the Ross rifle!:):p
