East Elgin IDPA - June 27, 2010 - UPDATED

I am really dissapointed.......I am going to miss the patented "Nancy Dance"

Someone, somewhere, somehow......is going to have to record it for me.....I don't know how I could go on otherwise..........NANCY..........

Matt put together some fun stages, and I also believe he may of learned a thing or two about hosting a match as well......all around a good day. Thanks!!!!

And thanks also to JOJO and Son for the great burgers....I shall be stopping buy the specified Butcher when I am passing by that way!
 
Don't thank me guys, there's only one reason this match went the way it did, and that's because we had lots of volunteer help.

I'm very fortunate that EESA members are so generous with their time. Had ton's of help setting up and taking down, running lunch and running the match.

We also had lots of help from our IDPA friends at other clubs.

So thank you to everyone that helped out, it was very much appreciated.

BTW, scores will be available later tonight, if I don't have your email address, please PM me with it.
 
It was a great time...Looking forward to the next one...

Junior is also looking forward to shooting again... Thanks to everyone for having patience with him, it made his day....:)

Dude you are really making me feel like I don't do enough! I remember not to long ago you were posting about getting into IDPA? I guess it helps being around guys like Storm. (insert a$$ kissing image here) I really need to get off my butt! Thanks for the motivation. My only excuse is two young kids. :p

Thanks to Matt, JR and JOJO for an awesome day. It was great to see JR shoot his first match also.

Yep, the windsor action pistol crew got me hooked on IDPA big time...After I had the idea to bring it to EESA, the membership and IPSC crew has been nothing but helpful in making in a reality.
 
As soon as I can get the photos off the camera I borrowed, I will post them up.
Sorry I could not stick around, my crew needed direction and supervision on a job.
Looked like a fun match and it was great to see old and new faces out!...surprised that there was not more Hawaiian shirts out... :)

Thanks for coming out FB, I'm sure it was frustrating for you with that point and shoot camera while yours are away. Sometimes, like owing a glock, you just gotta work with what you've got :nest:

Nevertheless, I'm sure we got some decent pics.
