S/42 K98k high turret with Cad scope
Numbers match, but looks like an East German rebuild.
Stock has been renumbered, birds have been peened
Scope is numbered, Rings are numbered non matching to rifle.

Just have to get it out and see how it performs

This is a leather sight cover used to protect the rear sight.
Yes this is a original war issue, the picture shows the correct waffenamt
