Easy Peasy bison burger meal

One pound buffalo burger
Three russets peeled then diced
Freshly chopped dill, about one fist full
Garlic butter, two tablespoons
Milk, one cup
One yellow onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder, one tablespoon
Mashed beets in horseradish sauce, one cup
Olive oil
Olives if u can find the ones you like
Paprika, half teaspoon

Brown slightly in olive oil your diced onion
Then add your burger with salt pepper paprika garlic
Brown your meat then set it aside or turn down to simmer.
In another pot bring your diced spuds to a boil to your chosen softness
Drain the water
Add butter, milk, then the dill, salt pepper. Mash it add the dill salt pepper lastly.

Now serve your bison burger with your mashed.
A side of horseradish beets and if you can find the olives you like, add to your plate. Or not.

This meal makes for three full plates or four slightly smaller servings.
