Regarding purchasing 325 WSM ammo: $39.95 at the shooting edge on Blackfoot in Calgary. Around $80 at WSS.
Where do you think I'm grabbing my stuff from these days eh..

Ha Ha HA I always get a kick out of people that say the WSM's don't feed. Most of them have never even seen a WSM rifle

Ive had 4 of them, 3 remingtons and 1 winchester, all fed perfectly, although 1 rem 700 needed the sharp rails polished to prevent scratching the brass.

Have you tried it with any heavier 7mm projectiles?

Just the 140's and it will shoot, though not as well, with those too. Haven't tried anything heavier.

I can't understand why the .270 WSM is more popular than the 7 WSM, far better selection of bullets to choose from, nice find!

I agree. That and the 7mm RSAUM are the only short mags I'd consider.

I guess I'm number 5. I have an A-Bolt II in 270 short with a 23" pipe, it feeds as it should and it shoots better than me. Seems to be accurate with all the 90, 130, and 140gr. bullets I have loaded so far. Although after seeing that 250 yard target I want to go try again!

Why not the 270 I say?!
