Hello gentlemen,
I just recently picked up an old single shot Eatonia 22 rifle. I'm not really sure if it is a junior model but the length of it is approximately 36.5" long (barrel 24.5", stock 25.5'). Anyway the issue I have is with the trigger. When it is uncocked, it sits fine in the middle of the trigger guard. But once I pull the bolt back, the trigger moves forward towards the front of the trigger guard. Regardless if I pull back the action to "take it off safety" it stays in the forward position. Once I unchamber the round then it will go back to the normal position in the middle of the trigger guard as it is suppose to. Any ideas? I've attached a few photos. Thanks in advance.
