eBay Hi-Point grips

I ordered several firearms parts and accessories off eBay, knock on wood I've received everything with out a hitch so far
The only problem I've ever had, was with a high brokerage fee. Once, out of dozens of purchases.
I have everything I buy shipped to a US mailing address and bring it back without having to pay crazy fees.
Do you realize that if you get caught taking gun parts out of the US without the proper paperwork in place you're screwed if you get caught?
It's easier buying from a non-USA seller and then there is no ITAR hoopla to jump through. Back when I had my 1911, I ordered custom grips from overseas and they came in without any problems and were nice!
Ironwood Designs out of California sent me an entire wood furniture set for my VZ58 a few years ago, no problems.
I'd ask the guy if he'll ship here, importing yourself isn't worth the risk.

There's a difference between illegal activities and old wives tales and myths.
Some people take everything they hear on CGN as the gosspel truth.
Best to check things out for oneself.
What discussion? I'm trying find a simple answer whether the grips are decent or not.
