EBR kit for the Norinco m14s???????

EBR ?? Excessive Battle Rattle?* Expressive Body Rythmics?** Some people might recognize the initials, but I don't.

*experienced that one in basic training
**observed that one at "the ballet" one afternoon playing hooky from work with the guys

No more Sage EBR's coming into Canada! Verbotten from US Govt.

Sorry to burst your bubble.

If you can find someone to sell you one in Canada, get ready for sticker shock - $1200 on average, more for the rare varieties.

Marstar's is a decent copy of it, but it still isn't a Sage.

Cheers, Carl

Get in touch with CQB services. They are waiting on a shipment of TROY M14 Modular Chassis System's. I think he's gonna charge around $750 for one. Many think they are the best including myself. But he told me they are "simply" stuck at the border and would be a couple months. I settled for usgi synthetic and stockpiled with my saved money. peace

Yeah he has been working on it since last summer. He had them on the way and looks like he ran into a snag at the border. I hope it happens but with the US stomping down on things I see a slim chance. If he brings in the Flat Dark Earth one I am all over it.

I have applied 3 times in the last 12 months for export approval for one of these Troy MCS stocks. I have crossed all the T's and jumped through all the hoops. The product would be purchased from a U.S. dealer I know who has a standing valid export liscence. I have only been trying to order ONE as an "civillian end user" ... meaning for me, for my personal non restricted firearm.... of which i have also supplied documents in which i have provided proof of ownership of a registered M14s, proof of firearms liscence, notarized letters claiming the item is for end user use and not for resale..... yadda yadda yadda..... I have been flattly denied..... in writing.... which states that due to current U.S. regulations, specifically state department export restrictions, this product is not permitted to be exported to a civillian end user. Military and LEO export applications must be accompanies by a requisition order through proper channels.

I can't see any canadian dealer getting past this, unless they are ordering for resale specifically to law enforcement and military personel only. They would be violating thier import/export agreements by selling to civillian end users... out the back door so to speak.

sucks don't it?

That's too bad. I bought the thing thinking the Sage ebr would be easy to get a hold of. I'm not going to stop looking for it and when i DO find them i will let everybody that posted helpful comments know how to grab one. thanks for all the help!

"maybe i should try to use my military links to get one, hope i dont get charged:)"
