Wow this guy is gonna get burned by the ATF if he exports any of those. ITAR regulated. The listing states that he ships to a bunch of countries through eBays internationnal shipping program...but I bet Pitney & Bowes will just outright refuse to ship.

Just because the seller is in Texas does not mean the item is in Texas ... many ebay sellers shipping from a warehouse in another country ...

It does not matter of the location, as long as seller will post price for the item in the shipping slip, that what Customs guys will see and will use to charge buyer with customs fee.
