EBR stock

You can sometime find them on EE for around 700+. COD kids buy them to but on their stock Norcs. The realise that a chinesse reproduction in a top-of-the-line stock doesnt equal a 1/2 MOA precision rifle. They sell the whole package and or the stock soon after.

1. Neither does putting a SA M1A in an EBR make it a .5 MOA rifle; and

2. A fool and his money are soon parted if you think the Tiawanese made M1A's are better shooters than the Chinese made M14S. Same sh*t, different brand.

For stocks in the 500 to 600 ballpark, I have 3 models. The stocks are custom composite and hand made in canada.
M14SA2 Hunter/Tactical is a full length stock
M14SE2 is a full length pistol grip stock
And the M14S-CQB is a stock that accepts AR15 buttstocks and A2 grips.

You mad bro?
Never said what did make a m14 based rifle shoot, Just that a norc in a sage does not.

You guys are both right
Simply dropping any M14 type rifle into a sage chassis does not make it a tack driver.
However, with it's rigidity and exceptional inlet tolerances, accompanied by the solidly anchored oprod guide. You have a chassis system that securely supports the receiver and an oprod guide that minimalizes barrel whip. These features will affect accuracy in your M305/M14s , M1A or genuine M14. In my experience, most rifles show improvement in the sage over the issue type stocks.
The Sage EBR chassis systems were designed to bring the M14 rifle and it's formidable .308 cartridge up to modern battlefield standards. For most of us non comatants, the system is primarily bling :)
