wasn`t...able....to....resist....little....voices....in...my.....head. :)

broke down and bought a 10/22 carbine blued for $260 taxes included.
got it home and mounted my 6x24x40 tasco scope ex from my Sks onto it. it looks sharp. just need to find a canadian vendor who sells the 50 rnd mags, get it sighted in and then i`m ready for next years gophers.
i didn`t really need it since i already have a phillipino .22 semi, but its 22 or 23 yrs old with gazillions of rounds through it. still shoots fine but someday some worn part will give out and then no more working semi.
this was probably an impulse buy..but whatever. .22s are cheap and cheap to shoot.

Really? I was through that show in about 45 minutes, and thought it sucked. The same old overpriced garbage that keeps coming up at every show Geez, I could buy brand spanking new stuff for less money than some of the yo-yo's there wanted. There wasn't anything I was even a little tempted to buy. Zilch, zip, nada

ditto, other than that it was my first time at the show. Took my daughter. Want my ten bucks back.
 
Actually, I lied. There was one Elite 4200 6-24 mildot for $400 that I was a little tempted to buy.

Other than that, I want my five bux back :p

well,...i checked WSS and they want $250 for what i bought. factor in the taxes and i got it for $5 less.......wait....there was a $5 admission fee....
