For those of us in the south end of the province that don't mind travelling to matches keep everyone informed of your dates. Good excuse to visit the step daughter in Stony Plain (with guns).
 
Those of us in Saskatchewan who travel a fair amount would like to know the dates as well. Who knows we might be able to pick up a match as we are on our way to or from BC.
 
I'm very interested in becoming involved in cowboy action shooting, but don't have the slightest idea on where, how and when to start. If somebody could give me a contact point or info on a new members meeting I would appreciate it.

As luck would have it, I'm heavily involved in the CAS scene, and also live in Gibbons. If you want to meet up at some point, let me know. Having said that, I don't want to hijack this thread. I'm very curious to see how this meeting went, plans for the future, etc.

I just bought 2 1860 Army pistols, Henry Big Boy 357, Italian SxS , an Uberti 1885 in 45-70 and ordered a holster rig from Texas so that I can shoot cowboy action this year. I would love to join a group in Edmonton and have some people to shoot with. I hope this can get off the ground.
