I would like to thank every team and spectator that came out to the long range shoot on aug 15 and 16/08. The shoot went off really well with a few little glitches but it is still a learning process for me. the walking mantarget made an apperance but was never shot because it was not working at 100% so i couldnt guarentee that everyone would get to shoot it. I have to thank CHAD/DAVE/GEORGE for all the help resetting targets. as well as all the other ppl that lended a hand throughout the weekend. there is the equivelant to 3-4x8 sheets of half inch steel plates that had to be set up and taken down and there is no way i could have got it done without all the help i got. ALSO A HUGE THANKS TO ALL THE SPONSORS THAT DONATED PRIZES LIKE.

The Pegs will be back for the next one for sure (but I think we will change the name;))! It was great. Maybe next time I will actually hit on our cold bore. At least if you got the mover working I would have an even better excuse.

My team mate and I both missed our cold bore shots so maybe next match I'll bring out a 300WM and I won't have to correct like the 1st place winners of this years match. Hee Hee
 
thanks for a great shoot Mutt.
I was there on friday for the beginners day which was my first long range shoot. I definately learned a lot and am now hooked!
Maybe next year i will be good enoungh to shoot with the pro's on Saturday.

Thanks again to everyone who took the time to help out the rookies.
 
From the looks of some of the score on Friday, some friday shooters should have come back for the Sat shoot. At any rate I thought it was very accommodating of Mutt to have two shoots. I can't imagine the amount of energy it must have taken. Thanks again Mutt.
