What constitutes "restricted" these day? I am looking at expanding my collection but have not held an RPAL since my armored car days. Do I have to revist my PAL level for anything evil?
 
Restricted in a nut shell is any handgun that is not prohibited......any SEMI AUTO CENTER FIRE with a barrel less than 470mm, a firearm designed or adapted to be fired when reduced to a length of less than 660 (think folding stock) and anything prescribed as restricted (which is pretty much limited to ALL AR15 rifles and its variants)
 
Also, any firearm that they decide should be prohibited, regardless of functionality.
