EE Mess

I removed it for you. In future click edit, then go advanced and change prefix from wts to please remove.
To post photos there is a set of instructions a little ways back in general firearms discussion when Greentips announced direct photo upload. Once you get hang of direct upload it’s pretty slick

much appreciated!!

I did legit spend at least 5 min trying to figure it out. Im sure once i do it 1x ill get it no prob.

Still the finest EE in Canada IMHO.
I really appreciate the resource!
Have dealt with many fine people!

My experiences have been 100% positive.

And it is a great resource for higher end items (rifles in particular) that you will never find in the chains or the local gun stores.

Did you ever notice when the title reads -"BUNCH OF GUNS FOR SALE"........with zero description.......the VIEWS are WAY higher ...LOL

People are curious creatures.

I hate the sold in the ad but not taking time to go to the options and hit the please remove button

Don't forget about OBO. Ask for $20 off on $400 gun and they come back with an offer of 395. Don't put obo if your firm on your price.

People don't understand OBO. OBO means its open for negotiatons imo.

Go ahead an volunteer to help ! I'm sure countless hours are spent monitoring this site, I think they do a pretty good job. it's mostly user error...people cannot read simple instructions.
Same thing at our range, people complain but don't help.

I have volunteered to mod the EE may times, including cleaning up the sold but not deleted ads. No joy.

I’m toying with the idea of getting a precision type 223 rifle. I search the Precision forum for 223, to get a look at what’s out there lots of hits.

No bloody pics! Crazy.

The worst thing is you search for something specific and then go through 10 ads that say sold inside the ad. People who don't remove their sold ads should simply get an infraction or an itrader negative comment - it's simply being lazy!

I may be in the minority, but those type of ads don't really bother me. I try to master the search feature, and if no pics I will PM the seller to ask for pics. Part of me hopes that ads with no pics or a bad description will have less people look at the ad and therefore better chance for me to buy :)

In reality, the only user being hurt by bad ads is the seller. They may not sell their item, or if it does sell, it may take longer and they get less money than it is worth.

My $0.02 worth at least...

I agree with this. The best truck I've ever bought was on kijiji and the add just said (Toyota truck, runs well 600$) no pics no other info the add was up for a month. So I drove 3 hours to look at it and sure enough it was a 1992 Toyota pickup (similar to a t100) with no rust and ran and drove well. Bought it and drove it home. Sold it for 2000$ 2 years later.

Was looking for a thread that talked about EE titles and putting massive amounts of characters or emojis..is that a rule? I can't stand thread titles that look like "++++++++++++++++++...:..:...: blah blah blah :...:...:..+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++"

Maybe it's just me, maybe it's just Monday, maybe it's a bit of both..
