EESA 3 gun match....HG portion Results are Posted.....

Well......maybe now you have grasped why we split it up over a few weekends........

Still though... The way I see/understand it is that you have 3 stand alone matches. Especially since shooters can elect to shoot just one of them.

Calling it a 3-gun and then setting things up so that participants can opt to just shoot one portion kinda defeats the whole purpose doesn't it??

I dunno... My understanding of 3-gun is... Sign up and bring three guns:confused:

'Not trying to critisize, but... I'd make everone who wants to shoot a 3-gun match... Shoot a 3-gun match :D

Doesn't really matter though.. To quote a shootin' buddy o' mine:

"all trigger time is good"

IPSC 3 gun, you can only use 1 firearm at a time......it is not like IDPA or Multigun matches

So I guess it's simply in order to have a decent number of stages for each firearm(given the space avail) that the event broken down into three parts...
'Still... If it's a "3-gun" I'd make everyone shoot everything :D

The three separate days work well. Less hassle of bringing three different types of toys and all the extras. It was already a ton of work for the RO's and the crew that set up. All three events at once would be killer.

I agree with the pistol for $75 pre-pay. I'm in.

Just make sure those "unsavoury people" don't get in.:D Just point me to them, and I'll use my "charm".

Aren't you glad I got your back Storm? :stirthepot2:

If you want 375 round count 3 gun 1 day matches, get your form6 and start heading down to Michigan. Check out the links 667 posted.

You have not read the Tournament Rules for IPSC Grand Tournaments have you.....????

That said........the prepay $75 seems to work out the best.

That is what I will implement.
;)
I mean if 40cal is on board..........NOBODY can #####!!:D

Brent and I agreed on something again. Put another mark on the wall :D

It might be in this thread somewhere, but I can't pin it down -
When can we sign in and how? - I am in for all three events. Not open on matches.net. Do we just emt Storm?

True, but cut me a little slack... Your oringinal post Storm didn't actually say it was IPSC 3-Gun... ;)

I get carried away when anyone mentions 3-gun...:D

So... 'Nevermind :)

I have not openned the match as of yet.

I will likely do so after our next organizational meeting on Wednesday of this week.

My apologies for not really having functionality in the system to allow to group multiple matches under one pre-pay ID... I'm going to add that, in the near future, but not soon enough for this match...

No apologies required at all.

I would likely be the only one to use the feature (not that I do not want it).

There is a work around as we discussed and it should work out fine.

By the way, Storm, why don't you take prepayment for all 3 matches at once? I'd prefer that to paying for each match separately...

That is exactly what I am doing as was discussed and decided above in this thread.

If you look at the descriptions in the matches at matches.net it is also laid out that way.

Well this is the 8th itteration of the Spring Fling match.......figured you would have caught on by now!!:slap:

Yeah, you'd think so, but like I said...
I hear "3-gun" and my heart races, my vision blurrs, my knees get weak and I wet my pants...

So... if I mangage to book a BB course to renew my ipsc membership in time, I just might shoot the match as my qualifier :D
So for now... I'll keep my nose outta the thread.
