Well.

Day one of BBB06 is complete.

Just got home.

What a great bunch of competitors we had out today. Quick to patch with everyone lending a hand. It was great to see.

To top it off we actually RAN ON TIME........Which is a first for EESA as far as I remember!! Maybe I did learn something at that CRO course! LOL!

Now to rest up for tomorrows festivities! I hope to be able to shoot the match at the end of the day tomorrow. Might even try out Production myself. Have to borrow a gun from one of my kids!>

Yes, it was a great match and an even better range (indoor) well lit, ventilated and actually having heat! So much better than the ice box/cave I shoot in.

I had to give up patching targets half way through our squad, it seemed everyone was trying to patch and getting in each others way! Sorry about all the reshoots on our squad, I think it was a plot or maybe the blue paint was causing the poppers to miss behave.
:D

Great match!!!!!!! Any body that did not make it to this match should make it a point to get out to one at eesa.you guys up there did a great job my hat is off to you :)

Hay storm any chance of getting a sneak peak at the results:)

The results have been sent to IPSC ont and no doubt will be posted there shortly.

I think we made Classifier for OPEN Standard AND Production.

I would like to thank all the competitors who came out.

You allowed everything to run smoothly. I was so happy to Direct a match that actually ran on time!!

A few bugs of course but they were all taken care of.

I am pleased with the function of my new array movable target walls. We did finally have a failure with the left intermediate backstop as it did not like the pull of the walls. However now that I know the system can work I can design new backstops to handle it.

Thanks again all!!

Can we just make the field course on the left side the classifying part ?
Seeing as I choked on the first 3 short courses :(

Thanx Storm, you guys put on a great match & on time ?
It was worth getting up at 5 am !

Looking forward to the future matches, especially the 3 guns

Note: The results listed on the EESA Web site are FROM LAST YEARS BLIZZARD BEACH BLAST!!

We will NOT be posting the results from this years match until IPSC Ont has posted them.

The Results were sent out last night so be patient!

Ok..........looks like my IP has F'd up the email server.

I doubt that IPSC Ont got my files last night.

Working on it now...............via a backdoor.

Well Bud is on top of things as usual.

Results now up on the IPSC website.

I cannot believe my personal result! After working Friday till midnight, then Saturday from 6:30 till the shooting began at 10 am. R/Oing till 6 pm then back for 7:30 Sunday till 5:30 pm for More R/Oing...........I still managed my personal best!! I guess I was so pumped from the success of the match it translated to my shootiong!

I wish some of that good luck had rubbed off on me.

After my 4 misses on 3 stages, clearing of one jam & shooting slower to avoid any more f 'ups, I'm surprised to have still scored somewhat descent.

Maybe getting up at 5am wasn't the best idea after all

It was a blast :D Thanx again Storm !

Damn it!

Looks like we fell short on the Prod Classifier.

I did not know that we had some "No shows" that were supposed to be there.

So close.

Thanks however to 40cal for making the effort and shooting PROD to push us along the way. The No shows were scheduled AFTER him otherwise I would have suggested STD.

Is a simple emal that you are not going to make it that hard?? I mean REALLY!!
