EESA New Shooter Orientation

Pics in the morning, just getting home now,....I was all over the countryside today.
To the guys that were outside the club house, I was joking with....
I hope to see you again at a match soon.

Big thanks to Ken, Stormbringer and Lonewolf for their help with this course. Without the help from people at EESA and others from much farther away, today would not of gone so well.

I hope everyone had a great time, this is really just the beginning.

Stay tuned for IDPA updates, looking forward to a great summer.

Had a great time yesterday....

I was pleased to assist in bringing IDPA to EESA but the credit goes to Onagoth. Others have made feeble attempts in the past but he kicked it into high gear to say the least.

Now I have some choices to make.........fix up my 1911 ammo problems or steal a glock from my kids!! LOL!

Damn...didn't know this was going on :( Spent yesterday sittin at home bored...

Maybe next time :)

We did post here, our club website, at the club, IDPA Canada's website and IDPA Windsors website.

A couple other people missed out to for various reasons, we will look at having another down the road.

Thanks for a terrific day! Course started on time. Good, simple, clear instuctions on how things are done. Had a great hot lunch right at the club. It was an all business yet relaxed learning environment. I'm glad I went !

First congratulations to all those who attended these classes. Ken is one of our top shooters in Canada and as you found out a very knowleagable instructor and I am sure you received the very best of instruction from him.

As a reminder to the SO's and for those who will participate down the road as MD's there is a section on the IDPA Canada Forum entitled "Rules Clarifications". These clarifications come right from HQ and are posted in this section as they come out. There is also a section for Rules Discussions where questions you may have regarding the rules can be posted and or discussed.

Again, congratulations on completing the New Shooters Orientation Course

Thank You

Take Care

When the first IDPA event at EESA is held, I will cover it with the canons...I was booked to work two events and a photoshoot that day, so not a lot of action photos this time guys....The upside is, I did get a chance to stop into a gunshop I had not been in before on the way to an event....Now I am coveting a Baby Eagle in 9mm...
