Where's the fun in that..? :D

Shooters need to put on their big boy pants and adapt to whatever "rules" they encounter...

IMHO "Open" should be just that... "Open" 'Run whatever the hell you want.

Standard Pump: Any pump shotgun any capacity iron/bead sights.
Those with less capacity man up and reload faster.

Standard Semi: Any semi auto shotgun iron/bead sights.

I think you may want to re-read your pm's...I am sorry you misunder stood me! The tune that I have is for my 930 that I run in the US....that same tube happens to fit my 590...I have never run the long tube on my 590 at a match.

Well maybe we should just have one division...shoot whatever is legal...one big equipment race...how do you like them big boy pants!
 
This wasn't my intention, to stir the ####, at all.
I just want to know what the rules are so i can configure my sg and equipment for the match.

I know....I do want to put on the best match possible....and I should really be putting smiley faces in my posts...I qm posting on my phone and it is a pita.....
We will have a rule set that will be as fair as possible for everyone...but I can't ajd won't make a whole pile of divisions for a 20 shooter match...it just isnt feasable...increases the work load for scoring yada yara yara.....you guys all know what I am talking about. It seems nothong can be simple!
 
Unfortunately I can't make the match, but if I was coming I would be bringing two semis, one slung and one in hand.
Once one runs dry, just sling it and move to the other.

Fastest reload evar!!!!!!

On the score sheets and post for all to see.
My sheet for example.

Gun Manufacturer- Mossberg
Model - 590
Number of shots - 8+1
Loaders used - API 4x4s

Over all score - last -crap, still a rockin match. w:h:

Yeah baby... and I bet we'll see at least one guy with a tricked out, comp'd, high cap, optic wearin', speed fed uber shotty beat by some guy with a rusty old shotgun held together with electrical tape and a few hose clamps.

Sounds like you have been doing some more gun smithing on the side 667 LOL

7.62- run the match and it will be fine, the range lawyers will always want more info and more things their way to keep them happy. I will shoot whatever and enjoy your match as always.

Didn't sign up for this one :(. Too bad cause I just got the +2 for my mossberg 590 and I'm itching to play with it...that's the long weekend so all I will be shotgunning is beers at the beach!

You going to the Team Hoser 3gun in a couple of weeks? If so, I'll see you there.
 
You got a +2 for the Mossy eh? So you think your +1 better than me do you! Well I got a fiber optic front site from Williams Firesights, now if only I could shoot well.

Any updates in the final rules for the match? Maximum 9 shots and two divisions only separated by pump and semi? Just curious as I may bring my pump that sports a red dot. You mentioned you didn't feel red dots were an advantage so just wondering if I would be in the pump division and not requiring my mag tube extension since it's already 8+1 without it.
