Hello all,
I'm curious to know whether casings from spent 22lr's would, or do, nick or damage a scope considering that the scope is mounted directly above the ejection port.
As my wife and I await our RPal completions, I'm doing my homework on rifles and would be interested in dressing up a ruger or CZ 22 with a scope. But recently I've noticed how close the mount is and was wondering if there will be subsiquent damage from the casings ejecting from the chamber during the process?
It may sway the option all together, or as least the money in invest into a scope otherwise.
Thanks ...
