Hi All,

I have an ELCAN Scope that was passed on to me. Looks like:

I have this on a rail and at 50 yards im still 6-8 inches too high on the target and I have dial on the scope raised all the way. I need to raise the back of the scope more. What options do I have if any?

That's strange, being that they were designed to be on a rail. If you are bottomed out I'd suspect there might be something wrong with the adjustment or the actual base.

There's the manual I think for your scope. Read how to zero the sight starting on page 2.

WOW. Thank you soo much I feel very stupid but.

"
1) Turn the range drum clockwise until the port
(LOCK) lines up with the index line on the rear
base of the sight mount.
2) Flip the range zeroing lock up to the unlocked
position. This permits the unnumbered
thumbwheel on the range control to turn while the
numbered dial remains on the port (LOCKED)
position.

No problem man, I did the same thing with my SB and its stupid MTC/LT turrets zeroing feature.

Their manual sucked, and they gave the manual for double turn turrets instead of what I had.
