Fellas. I need your advice and wisdom here. I have an old black Elcan C79 scope that I got a number of years ago for $300 and an M8 bayonet. I've always been more iron sights anyway and now I have an Eotech so is there really any market for these things? All I want is enough to put together a nice semi-tacticool 10/22 or a standard 10/22 takedown but I don't want to make a fool of myself asking too much. Can any of you set me straight? Any help would be appreciated.

I bought a similar sounding C79 in excellent condition with intact BUIS for $450 a few months ago. So long as there's people still cloning the C7/8, there will always be a market for these scopes. Set her up on the EE, she'll be gone before too long.

Lots of market for the Elcan - lots of guys want to build C7's. Don't underprice it - you'd be surprised what those suckers sell for.
