Electrocibles/Helice?

It is the closest thing to live pigeon shooting. I have shot it several times in the US. It is very popular in Italy. Nobody in Canada has it. The launchers are very expensive as well as the helice.

Regards,
Henry;)

...Helice/Electrocibles/ZZ Bird/whatever....

...is administered by the international organization "F.I.T.A.S.C." and is a rare game to find on the north american continent....our closest gun club that actually schedules thursday evening practice sessions is the Dallas Gun Club in Dallas, Texas (USA)......a regulation Helice shooting ring costs about $15,000 dollars(US) to set up....and regulation, plastic Helice targets can run you around $3.00 to $5.00 each to shoot in practice......as you see, Henry likes it and it's one of my favourite games too....but Giacomo really loves it the most.......

$15k is not bad, especially if you are raking in $3 per shot. The birds are not expensive to buy.

It piqued my interested because I saw a stand at IWA wit several video. Looks like a great sport.

...$3.00 to $5.00 each is a bargain!...

...when you stop to consider that real "live pigeon" competition targets will run you $10.00 to $20.00 each at a high class Pigeon Club......you can find more information at the website: www.ushelice.com in regard to helice competition schedules and helice gun clubs.......helice is sometimes referred to as "poor man's pigeon" by the somewhat snobbish Live Pigeon Competition shooters...................
