I would have to say FoxPro would probably be one that most will recommend.

On the other hand, you could just build one as seen here I built one and it works just fine :D

Check the prices on FoxPro callers in the latest Cabela's Canada catalog.
 
I had purchased a FoxPro FX3 for calling crows and predators. I find I only use the call just for crows. I picked up a set of predator calls and get much more enjoyment howling in a coyote with my own wind, not just pressing a button.

Foxpro makes a great unit which I highly reccomend.
