Hey Guys;

I'm looking for your recommendations on which Electronic Predator Caller to get. Hopefully something with a remote and a moving rabbit or tail lure for them to zero in on.

Time to thin out the coyotes!

Cheers & Thanks!
Jay

Fox pro... My dog seems to know the difference between the caller and the real deal, but the yotes don't seem to... I'd do my best to kill any yote that walks in. Then he can't warn his buddies. Also, something interesting that i've been finding, yotes lose caution about human scent when you shoot them in an area where they expect humans to be...

I've had e-callers since they first came out, before that cassette tapes on a Sanyo portable. The latest one is a FoxPro Fusion and it is a truly amazing device. It can hold up to 1000 calls and stand call sequences, it comes with 200 calls and there are many free calls to download on their site, or to buy. The customer support is probably the best or one of the best groups that I have dealt with for help on anything I have bought. The call has several features that you can use to combine calls, manipulate the speakers by fading one side out to mimic movement. It also has a feature called foxbang that initiates a new call or sequence after the gun is fired
The call is small and has all the volume you need although it has a jack for a aux speaker.it also has a jack for a decoy that you control with the remote, and it has good range, I used it on crows from 300 yards away without a hiccup.
So for deer, moose, coyote, bobcat, or anything you want to hunt, its one of the best.

I have a foxpro fury 2. Great call but I don't think they make that call anymore.

Older fellow I know bought a decoy and call from TSC. called THE JOKER. First time ever coyote hunting he shoots a double 5 minutes into calling....he's hooked and that call sounds great but isn't the loudest.

Id look at the Hellfire at Cabelas onsale for 250 right now

My son picked one of these up for me for Christmas. Someone screwed up and had the boxing day $200 off sale price on it already on the 23rd. They honoured the price and he got it instead of the Wildfire 2 which he was going to buy for $20 more.
We haven't got out to try it out yet.

I use the foxpro wildfire 2 with attached decoy paired with an E.L.K. Howler and a Dan Thompson red desert howler for hand calls.

I have added a couple of optional foxpro e calls and like the foxbang feature about this time of year and early summer.

I got the sale in two different fliers I got in the mail. It was the Hellfire, not the Fusion, sorry about that.

No worries! I went with the FoxPro Hellfire, can't beat that price! Playing with it now to set it up & learn how to use it. Seems very well made!

Thanks for all the help guys, now to get out killing coyotes!

Cheers
Jay
