Elk DVD's Late season ?

Has anyone seen one for sale ? that may give a person an idea what to expect ? Just not sure what is out there as in these parts there is not much info on Elk at all .

Is a decoy of any use at this time of year ?

I haven't seen a lot of info on late season elk hunting. It seems like a bit of an art that the hunting media more or less choses to ignore for the most part. I know a few guys who do well patterning them around crop fields much like whitetail hunting, but there are others who take it a fair bit further. About the best source I can think of is Keith Mccafferty, he's had a few articles in F&S on late season elk as well as some stories which are great reads as well as informative. His story "The Die Hards" is among the best hunting stories ever written IMO. You can skim through his writing here...
