Ellwood Epps has NO.4 & SMLE rifles

Was looking at Ellwood Epps site, and there is a large selection of Long Branch No.4, Pakistan No.4 mk2 and Isaphore SMLE rifles ,..of course with the Ishy screw in the forestock ...most matching #'s ..priced between $349.00 and $400.00 .http://ellwoodepps.com

Old news....these have been around since about the beginning of the year.
The same guns are also at P&S, Milarm, and others.

Funny how guys are paying these prices for Indian/Pakistani rifles which have been generally rode hard and put away wet, yet they balked at the $400 price to import unissued LB #4s from the Italians about 2 years ago at that price.

As I have always said about milsurps...if you don't like the price today, look back in a year or two and you will dream about these prices.

My only beef is that they don't have pictures - does Epps usually provide pics on request or what?

i emailed them about a handgun a while back and they sent me a couple pics.

Importers both in Canada and the USA that I know inquired about these rifles, a lot of smoke and mirrors involved on the part of the Italians. They wanted something like 400 Euro a piece for the Enfields wholesale and rifles were far from new condition, they would not even garantee matching bolts. No one in North America bought any of these rifles.
