EM1 & EM2 Rifles

Were there any EM1 or EM2 firearms released into Canada?

I have in my collection a 1st Type .280 EM1?EM2 Prototype Bayonet.
I have identified it in Skennerton's Book "British & Commonwealth Bayonets" Page 247 & 248, #B305
I would like to put a value on it in the event something ever happened to me.
Its a No7 Mk1 Variant and I wouldn't want the family to sell it off for $50 or some ridiculous price like that.

I have seen No 7 bayonets sell recently for as low as $100 and seen them priced for as high as $400. $200-$300 value would not be unreasonable. They are not as common as they used to be, and nobody is making reproductions of them so any around are original.

There are several EM2 rifles in Canada

I doubt there are any EM1 rifles here, unless there was 1 in the CAL reference collection...which would/should be at Colt Canada today.

Kerr had them listed at some point, I believe the em1 was exported.
