Email Inquiries with SFRC

I like the prices on both ammo and firearms which tend to be quite a bit better then the competitors, the ammo selection is also A+ for variety. I'll admit that i've had the odd email not returned or phone call not returned (and yes i left a msg), but i let it slide due to how busy they must be. BUT, i also know that when i place an order it will be at my house within 2 weeks give or take a couple days. So i've just gotten into the whole, i go online, place an order and just shut-up and wait, LOL!! and sure enough two weeks later it's at my door.

Ya, I also never got e-mail replies to any of my questions. I did call the store, asked my questions. then wanted to make the order, the reply i got was " No, we don't take orders over the phone, do it on-line" crazy...

We're more than happy to take orders over the phone but we do prefer to have them placed online. It saves us a ton of time and that's how we keep our prices low. if you don't feel comfortable placing it on line just say so and we'll do it over the phone.

Some of us have work and family lives that make it easier to rely on email for a large portion of our communications. It also gives us a written record of conversations instead of having to remember what was said and who said it. Email is my preferred way of communicating in many cases, and especially when it comes to business transactions.
How do you find time to shoot?
