Okay... so I bought a CZ858 that just arrived in the mail today. After I bought it, I had also purchased a skeleton stock used off a forum member.

I pulled the stock furniture with no issues. However the bolt that came with the skeleton stock appeared to be cross threaded on the first thread. I was able to fix that by inserting the bolt from the outside of the receiver and screwing it in, until it came through the receiver. Was a tad stiff at times, but it came through fairly easily.

It took several attempts to get the bolt and the hole to lineup on the new stock, but after screwing with it for a while I got it. However... when I snugged it up, the bolt wasn't sitting flush with the receiver - it stuck out 3/8? on the inside of the receiver. I could loosen it, but couldn't really tighten it up. Then in one last attempt to tighten it... I managed to strip the inside of the bolt (it uses an allen key).

So now the skeleton stock is still on (but loose), and I can't remove the bolt from the receiver. Other than cutting the skeleton stock so that I can twist it and thus unscrew it from the bolt, and perhaps allow me to use pliers or something to unscrew the bolt from the outside... anyone else have other suggestions?

I just don't want to screw up the threads in receiver - thus causing me issues trying to put another stock onto the gun.
