empty powder jugs?

hi all, any of you more experienced reloaders have ideas on useful things to do with them? awhile ago there was an ad on the EE someone looking to buy them but can't find it so i thought i'd ask if theres any uses others have found, if it helps they're CFE 223 1lb jugs, thanks in advance
 
I think it's mostly guys who buy bulk packaged powder from
Higginsons and pour it into factory jugs.

I've been known to dump 8 or 10 1 pounders into a keg to a little lot averaging.

I've got one on the go for making horse hoof bait for coyotes, or in case I ever need to
a maggot puke.

Higginsons sometimes sells bulk to which is a bag inside a cardboard box so the 1# become super useful as they hold almost 2# which is awesome to keep em easy to pour.
8# Jugs become junk brass and primer catcher bottle
 
You supposed to ditch them, not re-use them to fill even the same powder again because each lot is different, and while it's rare, there were recalls on powders before, if you put the powder into different jar, then there is no way to track which lot you bought which could lead to danger. as you can see on the posts here, lots of people are re-using them, but it's an unsafe practice.
 
I take off labels completely and use to store screws and such.Much safer than glass jars.I gave away some as well sans labels of course.

Anyone near Brampton needs empty 8lb container PM me :)
