Been there. done that. lost it all. will not repeat. and if you will not accept the method of payment i choose to use, ...definitely someone else will. I have found that Moneygram worked the best. Instant cash usually and fast shipping. If you are at the post office already and they have to issue a money order....i think your bank is not far away to cash it.

Once they've accepted payment your money has gone. Now you have to hope they send you the goods!

If you think it's easy to recover your money with more "secure" methods, think again. I've been burned with (FRAUD ALERT)/eBay and even received a stolen Money Order(not from this site).

Agreed. (FRAUD ALERT) is great for the buyer, but the seller takes a chance. Do NOT let someone pay with (FRAUD ALERT), and then pick up the item in person! You have no record of having sent the item (not that that's worth much if you're up against a pro - they can claim you sent an old wooden stick and some nails, if the weight is right)...and the con merely has to file an "item not received" complaint with (FRAUD ALERT), and you're out the cash.

If someone DOES ask to pick up, ask first if they mind you take a pic of their DL. Say it's your wife's idea, and act apologetic, lol....if they say "no problem", that's enough, you don't actually need DO it - it's a test.

If they lay a bunch of tinfoil hattery on you about "no-one sees MY Driver's licence, blah blah blah Obama!", then find another buyer.
