Encountered my first issue.

I have the instructions for the die, but there is no mention of adjustments to counter an issue like this. The instructions seem to cover basic set up and usage.
I was hoping for a voice of experience with this one, in my head, it doesn't make sense to make something smaller and develop issues as though I had made it larger.
Also, die adjustments aside, I would like to know what is happening, not only to fix this issue but to better understand the logic behind the adjustments.

You are only partially sizing the brass. Put the ram in the full up position and screw the die down so it touches the shell holder. Drop the ram and screw the die in a 2 more revs. Now when you size the die will bottom out on the shell holder and you will fully size the case.

The next time you size the cases, back out the die 2 revs from touching the shell holder, and you will then be partially sizing the case.

install your shell holder in the ram, install your die in the press with the lock loose. Raise the ram to the top of the stroke then screw the die down until it touch's the shell holder. lower the ram and then turn die down about 1/8 to 1/4 turn more and lock in place. That is the starting set up of the resizing die. most if not all presses want the linkage on the ram to cam over. Measure and trim your cases before resizing. After you get your set up working with no problems and your reload chamber you then can start to play with the adjustments to suit your rifle. Get a copy of The ABCs of reloading it will save a lot of time as everything is explained and it will keep you out of trouble.

You guys rock.
I used everything you guys said and beat the issue. I can now chamber my shells like a pro.
I eased up on lube, I thought I was thin before, but I went thinner, even let it dry before inserting it.
I made a jig for my die to precisely measure turns, I can run the die up and down in a repeatable manner and duplicate it.
I found the sweet spot that lets my case run inside the die far enough to size the whole thing, minus the dimple.
I will sleep better tonight.

Problem solved. Couldn't begin to thank you all enough.
I am new, without doubt, but a quick learner. I wont bug about many other things before I gather enough knowledge to contribute.
