Hey guys,

just finished an order at brownells and i just got an email back saying i have to fill out a "End User Statement for Export"

my order total is 107.02. I thought the limits were raised from 100-500.

Not sure what this form is about and im not getting a clear answer.

can anyone explain what this form is for?

Thanks!

Nothing to do with cost one of the things you ordered is restricted for export. The End User Form states that you will not sell it out of Canada and maybe take it out of Canada. It's been a while since I signed one, but no big deal.

Mainspring housing
Hammer Strut pin
Hammer Strut
VZ grips
Hammer and Sear

any of these?
in my order under the vz grips it says
"SIR: DUE TO DDTC RESTRICTIONS "
thats why i assumed it was the grips.

I believe the issue is with everything other than your grips, lol. But also, brownells has a $100 policy. They could be asking you to fill it out because your order is over $100

just checked the thread. she is asking me to fill out the same form.
not sure why my vz grips have the description
"SIR: DUE TO DDTC RESTRICTIONS "

everything else is my order seems to be ok...

It has nothing to do with the dollar limit, it has to do with what you ordered, just fill it out and email it back to them. I just ordered 2 sets of sights, a spring kit for a Ruger revolver and a hammer and sear for a pistol and I had to fill one out.
