... Two questions: Did you get it with the Bolt closed ? If so, you can be assured it will do so again, and it's not likely to be anything major. Second "thing", I'm not certain enough, but does it have a little cut-out, slot in the right side of the rail the the bolt rides on ? If so, did you snap the bolt head , down ? Other versions have the slot/cutout beside the breech ring. And some have a spring loaded detent that needs to be depressed then the bolt head goes over the guide rail/track.... The Lee Enfields are really very simple, the trick is to become familiar with it, and it's individual quirks ! Be warned, once you've got one, you'll get another, and another !!! ...
