They are of a design in production prior to 1945, so they are most likely not controlled on this side of the border any more.,
The relevant paragraph of what is controlled is this:
Guns, howitzers, cannon, mortars, anti-tank weapons, projectile
launchers, military flame throwers, rifles, recoilless rifles, smooth-bore
weapons and signature reduction devices therefor, first
manufactured after 1945, and the following components:
1.Frames or receivers;
2.Barrels; or
3.Breech closing mechanisms.
Getting it out of the US may be another problem, although I believe they made similar changes on some of their non-US produced military goods, using the date 1956 rather than 1945.
