Just bought a MKIII and am looking for a spare magazine or two. Does anyone know where you can get them for a reasonable price?

Why do you need a spare magazine or two? This is NOT a M16 or a FAL.
The magazine was only to be removed for cleaning.
Possibly you intend to get in a firefight with a moose?

Save some money, go on Ebay and get some stripper clips. Their is a guy in Australia who sells them in pack of 10, 20, 30 and fifty. I got the pack of twenty for about 20 bucks CAD and that included shipping. Stripper clips are faster and cheaper then using extra mags (probably why they used them) They are also really fun to use, when i got mine all i did was play with them for like three days

Well hellya ! ... but they use moosers which can't compete with a Lee Enfield .

Use the charger clips , faster , easier to carry and easy to use .

Actually I was just gonna use my enfield to hunt partridge

The main reason I want an additional mag or two is that the mag that came with the gun is in bad shape and I want to replace it and it never hurts to have a spare!!

My No5 has its matching numbered magazine, but it doesn't feed properly, so I bought another one, which works great. I'm trying to tweak the feed lips, ... but you know how that goes...

Yeah, buy some strippers, they're cheap, and it's how the Enfield was designed to be reloaded. No harm in having one xtra magazine though, ya know, just in case.

I just sourced some out on ebay.....thanks guys
