Does anyone know what the going rate for a non-fired fazakerly with matching bayonet is? It is not packed in grease, it has been cleaned but NEVER fired. Guaranteed. Any idea? Oh, and if this is the wrong forum for this type of post please remove it. Thanks.

I hear ya. Hopefully, if I sell it, no one sends one through there. But, I have no say in what happens once it's gone. I feel like asking 600 but if I can send one through I'll sell it for 550. :)

Something in the back of my head keeps nagging that it will have fired <1-10> because there is several proofs done to the barrel during production and then there is accuracy tests done to see if it could hit a german. Smellie will know.

Everyone keeps saying that, and most collectors understand they've been fired at the factory and what the term not-fired means. Just like a new car, it only loses value when you drive it off the lot. This one has not been "driven off the lot". I mean no disrespect but I think instead of nitpicking my termonology find all the guys out there using 'unfired'.
