Enfield No4 MKI sporterized.

PM send tiriaq!
But I has to mention, the safty work, when the lever is backward, I can't fire, I can pull the trigger but the firing pin do not move.
(sorry if I don't understand all, I am not perfectly bilingual...)

Bulldog, the locking bolt is what prevents firing, the part you are missing (safety catch) prevents the bolt from opening when the safety is applied. La première pièce empêche la mise à feu alors que la deuxième empêche le verrou de s`ouvrir.

Bulldog, I would keep that MkI cocking piece, they are not common.

Find a rifle in similar condition with matching numbers and swap the cocking pieces, then sell this rifle.

If you do not find the square "S", it might be a Long Branch (Canadian) one. Even more unusual.
