Enfield No4 scout scope mount?

Is anyone aware of a factory scout scope mount for a No4? I've seen them for the No1, but they have the barrel mounted rear sight. So it's pretty straight forward...

Can’t say I’ve seen any scout mounts for the No.4, then again I wasn’t looking for a scout mount for my No.4 sporter.

XS had a scout base for #4 / 5 and I had one and sold it on the EE foolishly. Doesnt look like they make them for Enfields anymore but you may be able to track one down. It slid over the barrel and was secured by filling it with epoxy. Not sure if you could adapt one of their Mauser ones for your needs.

It looks like brownells carries a universal scout mount...i that might be my best bet. Thanks!

Addley only makes receiver mounts for Enfields, no scout mounts.

Other than adapting an XS mauser mount you might be able to have a smith solder bases on. Might be spendy though.
