I keep seing 1950 longbranch LE's for sale with lots of hype. what is the significance of a non wartime rifle. Is it more rare, or is the fit and finish more superior because its post war non rushed production?

unrelated question I have a no.1 mk III* modified with STI stock, and scoped ect... I was wondering if anyone knows of a muzzle brake I could put on it to make it totally modern ?

Post war rifles like the 1950 Longbranch and the 'PF###' ("Irish Contract") and 'UP###' Fazakerly Lee Enfields are made from first class materials and were well machined and very well finished.
