Only BSA made military Enfields. The rest of those companies built them from milsurp parts or their own manufactured parts. Most of them are out of business too. Finding rifles made by these companies is hit and miss for the most part. You need to be in the right place at the right time with money in hand.
Like Hitzy says, bubba'd Enfields are everywhere. Some are just cut down milsurp stocks, some have commercial stocks. Either way, check the headspace before you shoot any of them.
You'll see them at gun shows as well as any shop that sells milsurps/used rifles at varying prices. Epp's is listing several milsurps that are sold, but the prices run over $300.
