I don't know if they are still in business, but if they are, stay away from Twisters Gun Shop. The guy holds himself out to be a master engraver, but is an outright fraud.

Google 'galtsgoldsmith'. He's in Calgary, and I've seen some of his work on firearms over the years.
Absolutely beautiful stuff, but I imagine he's not inexpensive.
