Hi everyone,
Looks like I finally found the kind of forum I was looking for; well organized, lots of info and decent folks that take the time to help each other out!
In my experience, those within the shooting community are some of the most friendly, fun and sensible people I have met. Hopefully I will get to know some of you over time.
A bit about my shooting background, I got started in 2008 when I got involved with the Dublin University Rifle Club (DURC) doing mainly ISSF .22 target rifle and air rifle. Before that, I had only used a shotgun at a friends house while messing around on the farm.
I've just done the non-restricted course and the restricted one will hopefully be in the bag by Saturday. I'm looking forward to many exciting years of shooting. I'm interested in everything; skeet/trap, hunting, target, plinking...whatever!
Looking forward to asking you all for advice and tips!
