Entry level pcp airgun

The walnut stock one retails about 1400, the cheaper stocked one about 1300 but they older models do not come regulated. I think the new model might.

I built a 'water filter' my compressor sucks air from - a 24 inch tube, about 2 inches in diameter full of orange silica gel. Inlet at one end, outlet at the other... so I am trying to compress the driest air I can. I don't have a inline separator on the pressurized line. I do have an inline filter with little filters like compressed felt... I think they will 'catch' the water.

I take my carbon fiber tank to 4500 psi. It states on the tank it has been tested to 7500 psi.

cool beans. Where did you get the silica? I have a water problem on my "low pressure" shop compressor. I need to make something to seperate this moisture out.
I have mind to weldup a cylinder or glue up a plastic one even that is ahead of the intake. This will catch most of the moisture ( i hope) When the traps are on the high pressure side they work much better but now you have to deal with a vessel that will accept the working pressure. Its gets complicated quickly. Ideally an air chiller would be the very best way to extract moisture (and dirt), but you can add at least another 3k to the set up. So that isnt really an option.

Im thinkin hard on a PCP set up. a walk on the wild side.. err I mean the dark side is alluring.

The FX Streamline seems to be one of the best bang for the buck right now

thats some nice looking hardware... is it a complete kit or do you have to buy everything seperately? cuz if thats the case.. they can keep it. Thats what pmo's about the Crown. Its a very versatile platform with a ridiculous price and all the accessories are at further costs. Why not just put everything in one box, make your end user client feel really good about what they just bought from you and off to the races. The money grab is so uncool. but I digress.
