just came from RO'ing at the match
the rain wasn't too bad, waterproof paper and my underwater NASA pen did help
lot of work into this match by the crew almost like building a level 3 match

What an awesome match! That was probably the most fun I've ever had shooting.
Unfortunately, the funnest shotgun stage had to get tossed because of persisitent range equipment failures.

Reaper and I came down to help out. It seemed that we had more RO's than shooters. The stages looked great and they were have a great time. The competitors were having lots of fun teasing and joking with each other.
It was nice of Marstar to come on down and give away some nice prizes and have some of their fine products on display for people to check out...
I did like that GP-100... sweet lil 9mm.

Whew.................
40 some hours later............I am safe and HOME!!
I get to sleep in my own bed instead of TRYING to sleep in the same room as a snoring Plinker66!!!!!!!!
What a BLAST!!
What more could you want.
Great match, great shooting great friends ( both old and new)
It was great to meet some friends from here Freman, Reaper, Pops, Bartle, Quigley. Nick.........and others I am too tired to remember.
Yes Quigley that shotgun sure might have looked fun but when you are the one staring at 5 reshoots..........well ITS STILL FUN!!
Of course I will never forget HEATH the GUN KILLER!! At least he got the fastest time on that first Rife Stage!! 2.XX seconds!! ( of course the broken Detent Assembly might have had something to do with it!!)
The Marstar guys display was AWESOME!! Of course I will be bitter for a few years that Plinker66 won a door prize!!
Yes Pops that K-100 pistol does look like it will make a nice addition to the armoury!!
So in short guys if you can make it to the match tomorrow ( today?) get your asses our there!!

Yeah, I would encourage anybody who is on the fence about going to this match to attend. You won't be disappointed.
I believe there is a "loaner" rifle and shotgun again today, the rifle is a Berreta Storm in 9mm (pop pop pop), and the shotgun is a Mossy 590A1 (BOOM BOOM BOOM), both kindly provided by Quigley.

Was a perfect day . many thanks to the organizers and workers...
Ps did anybody find 6 Valtro mags ( end russian camo mag pouches in the shotgun area or in the parking lot... I couldn't seem to find them when I got home.
