Well I test fired the Tavor today, everything is fine, I can adjust the Eotch.
My guess at this point is that the Eotech was not properly positioned on the rail.
Sorry for being a bit of a douche in prior posts... I was pissed at the malfunction and really thought it was not one of the basic troubles.
